It's Been a Few Days
Well what can I say, this is harder much harder than it sounds. I would like to thank Stephanie for posting a comment. It is nice that someone else is reading.
Well on to the news. No weight loss yet. I am still lingering around the 260 mark, but I must say that I have not done a great job changing my eating habits.
I have been to the Fitness Center 6 out of the last 7 days.
Here are today's stats.
Rowing Machine: 10 minutes / 2045 strides / 115 calories (Only the second time I have reached 2000 strides.
Treadmill: 15 minutes /Jogged .5 miles, Walked .5 miles / 100 calories (Hopefully my jogging distance will increase soon)
Elliptical Machine: 40 Grueling Minutes / 3 miles / 600 calories (I was off work today so I spent a little extra time on the Elliptical)
HandBike: 10 minutes / .20 miles / 150 calories
Total Calories: 965 YEAH!
My wife and I did really well this past week eating at home. We ate at home every night. Even though I did put on a pout session one night I am glad that Diane stood her ground.
On another note, Diane has started back at the gym. She does between 30 and 45 minutes of light cardio 4 days a week and goes to an aerobics class for pregnant women on the other days.
Hopefully the next post will not be as far away as the previous.
