Short But Sweet

Got a late start blogging tonight so this one's short. I had a pretty good day today.

Went to the fitness center.

Rowing Machine: 10 minutes / 1984 strides / 105 calories
Treadmill: 18 minutes / jogged .5 miles, walked .75 miles / 120 calories
Elliptical Machine: 30 minutes / 2.5 miles / 500 calories
Handbike: 10 minutes / .2 miles / 120 calories

Total Calories: 845 calories

Weigh In: 259.6 :(

I notice that you use elliptical trainer longer than other equipment. I think 30 minutes of elliptical is enough for weight loss.
